Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, which will allow you to check how close you are to receiving your SANCIA parcel.

* Once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.
* All orders require a phone number for delivery and cannot be delivered to a PO box or hotel.

To make things as seamless as possible for you, we now offer two clear shipping options when placing your order:
1. Australia Post Standard – $20 AUD
- Same-Day Dispatch (Excluding Pre-Orders)
- Delivery in 7-12 business days
- Duties and taxes calculated at checkout (tariffs approx. 30-35% of your order value)
2. Australia Post Express – $25 AUD
- Same-Day Dispatch (Excluding Pre-Orders)
- Delivery in 5-8 business days
- Duties and taxes calculated at checkout (tariffs approx. 30-35% of your order value)
Why Costs Have Changed
The US government has recently changed its import rules. Before, smaller orders could enter without extra fees, but now all parcels coming from overseas are taxed. This is why duties and tariffs are added to every order shipped from Australia to the USA. What we have done to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our USA community:

SHIPPING DELAYS
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated time frame.
For rural areas across Australia there may be further delays to our delivery time frames. Please contact our team if you would like further information or assistance with delivery time frames.
All SANCIA items are boxed, beautifully gift wrapped in custom tissue paper with gold foil print. (100% Tencel / SANCIA tote included with all handbags)
SANCIA is not responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.
SANCIA are legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on the international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
SANCIA cannot refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees.

* Please note, if you do not pay the duties and taxes on your SANCIA parcel and your parcel is returned, SANCIA will deduct the actual shipping cost from your refund.

At SANCIA, we want you to absolutely love your purchase. Every piece is thoughtfully made, and if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make your return experience as smooth as possible.
Return Options
We offer three return outcomes for eligible orders within 7 days of receiving your purchase:
- Exchange: Swap your item for a new size or style (subject to availability).
- Store Credit: Receive a digital gift card for the value of your return, valid for future purchases.
- Refund: Receive a refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping cost) plus less a $13 handling fee (where applicable)
- If you return your item for a store credit or exchange, we will waive the cost of return shipping and provide a return shipping label complimentary.
Please ensure your item meets the return conditions below before submitting your return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused and in original condition.
- All original packaging must be included and in perfect condition – this includes the pink gift box, tissue paper, tags, and strap protectors.
- The swing tags (locking tags) must still be attached.
- The item must be securely packaged for its return journey.
- The goods are not sale items or reduced priced items. These are final sale.
Once your return arrives and is approved, we’ll process your exchange, refund or store credit promptly.
How to Return
- Visit our Returns Portal to start your return.
- Select your preferred option – exchange, store credit, or refund.
- Download and attach your prepaid return label (Australia, NZ and USA only)
- For all other locations, please arrange your own tracked return shipping to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.
- Drop your parcel at your nearest Post location within 10 days.
- We’ll take care of the rest once it arrives back at our warehouse.
Bonus Credit & Incentives
- Store Credit Bonus: For orders over $189, receive an extra $20 store credit as a thank-you for choosing to shop with us again.

Shop Now Bonus: When you select Shop Now through the return portal, you’ll receive a bonus $25 credit added instantly to your return value, allowing you to shop immediately while your return is on its way back to us.
Additional Information
- Store Credit: Delivered as a digital gift card via email once your return is approved.
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for bank processing.
- Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
- Sale items and items sold on promotion are non-refundable. Please note, this does not include our 10% welcome code.
Important Notes
- Upon receipt, your items will be checked to make sure they meet the conditions above and once cleared, you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase.
- If you paid with a gift card, you will be refunded to that same gift card and will be able to re-use the original unique code towards your next purchase. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund once finalised.
- We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items.
- We are not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
