I=CHANGE

At SANCIA, we believe in the power of giving back. We are proud partners of i=Change, a platform that allows us to donate a portion of our sales to projects close to our heart. We believe that everyone, regardless of their background or circumstances deserve access to opportunities and resources that can improve their lives and the world we live in. Together, we can create a ripple effect of positive change and build a better future for generations to come. So, we invite you to join us on this journey of giving back. Together, let's make the world a better place, one donation at a time.

Three charities that we are proud to be supporting are:

Support Children in Emergencies

New data just released by the Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC) confirms our worst fears.
A famine is now taking place in Gaza.
This is a man-made catastrophe from almost two years of severe restrictions, including six-months of near-total siege, preventing food, medicine and doctors from entering Gaza.

Inger Ashing, Save the Children International Chief Executive Officer, says:

“All of Gaza is being systematically starved by design and children are paying the highest price. The government of Israel must immediately end the use of starvation as a weapon of war and lift the siege of the Gaza Strip, allowing aid, including food and nutrition supplies, into Gaza at the scale required, and restore electricity, fuel and water.”

Staff from Save the Children International clinics in Gaza tell us malnutrition rates are soaring among pregnant women and children are starving to death. Our teams and partners are doing everything we can to save lives, including treating children for malnutrition in our clinics, but the situation is getting worse day by day. Despite the operational challenges, Save the Children International continue to strive to keep our lifesaving programs running. This includes:

  • Providing nutrition screening and treatment to children under 5, pregnant and breastfeeding mothers in two primary healthcare centres and 10 mother-baby areas in Khan Younis and Deir al-Balah
  • Supporting local food production by helping small farmers to resume agricultural activities by rehabilitating farms and providing temporary employment opportunities for vulnerable labourers.
  • Providing cash assistance to families – as one of the largest cash providers in Gaza.

Save the Children International continue to push for a definitive ceasefire and for increased humanitarian access, so children can get the help they so desperately need.

Thank you for standing with children in Gaza.

Restore the land

Dedicated to environmental conservation, this charity works on projects aimed at rehabilitating degraded lands, promoting sustainable agricultural practices, and protecting natural habitats. Greening Australia aims to restore 330,000 hectares of native trees across Australia by 2030. Drawing on the expert input of Traditional Owners, scientists and local land managers, we will plant 500 million trees and shrubs to store carbon, create quality habitat for native wildlife, and restore degraded farmland.

Feed Aussies in crisis

This charity addresses food insecurity in Australia by providing nutritious meals and essential supplies to individuals and families in need. Foodbank already provides food relief to over 1 million Australians per month. In the past year, 3.7 million households experienced food insecurity - that's more than the number of households in Sydney and Melbourne combined.  For every $1 donated, Foodbank can create two meals for someone doing it tough. Funds raised will help Foodbank support communities trying to survive cost-of-living expenses and natural disasters of growing intensity and frequency.
