SHIPPING + DELIVERY

Your order will be dispatched the same business day if placed before 12pm AEST or the next business day if placed after 12pm AEST. During busy periods, promotional events and sales there may be delays on the dispatch of your order.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, which will allow you to check how close you are to receiving your SANCIA parcel.

Please kindly note:

* Once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.

* All orders require a phone number for delivery and cannot be delivered to a PO box or hotel. 

* Shipping costs are in AUD. 

* We dispatch orders within the processing timeframes listed above.  Once your parcel has been collected by Australia Post, delivery timeframes are managed by the carrier.

1. Australia Post usually runs to schedule, however during busy periods there may be delays once your parcel is in transit.
2. Delivery times can vary depending on location and parcel volume.
3. Tracking updates may not always reflect real-time movement while your order is on its way.While we always do our best to ensure a smooth delivery experience, occasional delays can happen during peak times and are outside of our control once your order has been dispatched.

IEEPA postal tariff (10%)  

Australia Post clearance fee: $1.12 USD

Zonos guarantee fee (flat): $2.00 USD

Zonos guarantee percentage fee: 10% of duties/taxes

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated time frame.

For rural areas across Australia there may be further delays to our delivery time frames. Please contact our team if you would like further information or assistance with delivery time frames.

SANCIA does not hold responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages.

All SANCIA items are boxed, beautifully gift wrapped in custom tissue paper with gold foil print. (100% Tencel / SANCIA tote included with all handbags)

Please kindly note that if you are purchasing online from outside of Australia, you may be charged customs duties and taxes. These duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods and are not included in the overall shipping cost.
SANCIA is not responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.
SANCIA are legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on the international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
SANCIA cannot refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees.
