PROCESSING TIME
All orders are packed and dispatched within 2-3 working days, 9-5pm, AEST Monday – Friday (Sydney, Australia)

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, which will allow you to check how close you are to receiving your SANCIA parcel.

Please note:

* Once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.

* During SANCIA sales, new collection drops and the festive season, shipping times are not guaranteed and can be delayed depending on how busy we are so please be patient during these times.

* All orders require a phone number for delivery and cannot be delivered to a PO box or hotel.

* Shipping costs are in AUD.



SHIPPING DELAYS / LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated time frame.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Moreover, we do not hold responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages.

INTERNATIONAL DUTY / TAXES
Please kindly note that if you are purchasing online from outside of Australia, you may be charged customs duties and taxes. These duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods and are not included in the overall shipping cost.

SANCIA is not responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.

SANCIA are legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on the international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

SANCIA cannot refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees.

We are strict on our return policy because, as you know, the fashion industry is damaging enough as it is - please consider the earth. Buy items with honesty, don’t shop only to return. This is a wasteful practice and unfortunately only drives up the price of the products as the business costs have to be covered at some point.

Please be aware that the photos on our website are as close as possible a representation of the actual leather colours. Leather is a natural material and therefore inconsistency of colour and texture is a unique characteristic. The colour may slightly differ from the picture seen on your computer screen depending on device so please make your selection carefully. SANCIA leather goods are crafted in the finest skins available. These premium leathers are natural and unique: any tonal variations, marks or veins are natural features and should not be considered imperfections.

If you have purchased an item for full price, we must be notified of your wish to return the item within 72 hours of delivery, item to be received at our provided warehouse address within 14 days of the first delivery attempt, to qualify for any refund. Any return received after 14 days will be returned to sender. Customer arranges and pays for all return shipments.

IN ORDER FOR THE GOODS TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT:

• The goods are not sale items or reduced priced items
• The goods have not used a discount or coupon code
• The goods were purchased in the last 5 days
• The goods still have all original swing tags
• The goods were not worn, used, tampered with or damaged
• The original packaging is in perfect condition and the pink gift box is not damaged.
• If you fail to contact us within the 72 hour time frame, we are not liable for processing your return.
• You will have to cover the cost to ship the items back to our warehouse in order to receive your refund (minus the original cost of shipping). This must include a tracking number so that we are able to trace the parcel at all times.

THE FOLLOWING GOODS CANNOT BE RETURNED:

• Monogrammed items
• We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
• Only full priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

We cannot be held responsible for return shipments that are lost in transit, so please make sure that you obtain tracking information for your return and insure your package appropriately.

SANCIA Pty Ltd is unable to refund any duties and taxes paid. You can pursue a refund of duties with your local tax agency.

No returns will be accepted unless agreed to by SANCIA Pty Ltd. The cost of item only and not the actual shipping cost will be refunded if terms are agreed to. Return shipping cost to singapore and taxes to be paid by customer.

SANCIA Pty Ltd reserves the right to reject any request for returns that do not comply with the conditions above. If your return is approved but after review your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your cost and a refund or store credit will not be granted.

If you are unhappy with the fit of your garment, for full price items we will cover the cost of alterations up to the value of $20 (valid with receipt only, must submit within 14 days of delivery), to be refunded via your original payment method. We offer this service as we believe that by cutting down on wasteful and unnecessary returns, we can do our bit to help the environment and look into ways of making your SANCIA experience even better!

What many online shoppers may not know is that shipping returned goods contributes to greenhouse-gas emissions. There are untold levels in terms of packaging and resources, just to move your return to our warehouse.

During sales, re-stocked items / new collection drops and public holidays, orders can take up to 7 days for dispatch. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, which will allow you to check how close you are to receiving your SANCIA parcel.

When your items have shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your parcel tracking number. To track your purchase, you can enter your tracking number following the link on the tracking email.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes or forwarding addresses.

In most cases, if your parcel is sent to a home address and no authorized person is available to sign then a card will be left and your parcel will be taken to your local post office. On rare occasions, your parcel will be returned to the Australia post depot and a re-delivery will be required. If you do not receive your parcel within 5 days please email us.

Please note that you can specify for your parcel to be left unattended. SANCIA cannot take any responsibility for parcels that are lost or stolen.

Please ensure you enter your correct mailing address as SANCIA cannot take any responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses and will not reimburse you for the order or shipping costs.

Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country or the country you’re shipping to. The recipient of the shipment is the importer on record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees. SANCIA has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; we recommend that you contact your local customers office for further information.

Our fabrications are all hand dyed so there will be variations in batches of fabric colour. Even though we try to photograph them to capture the closest possible match sometimes, there may be a slight variation which adds to the uniqueness of each piece. We do not accept a return based on colour discrepancy.

When you purchase multiple items and one item is on pre-order, if you are based in Australia, we are happy to ship the items individually.
However, if you’re purchasing internationally, we will ship the items together when the pre-order item is available as the shipping costs are too high for us.

We take great pride in the high quality of our beautiful handcrafted products; each piece is meticulously hand checked to ensure they are in perfect condition before sending and each item is packaged carefully.

If an item is damaged on arrival or a manufacturing fault occurs under normal use (not including general wear and tear) within 12 months of the purchase date, please follow the step-by-step instructions below in order to process the item:

Warranty will not be honored if the item has been mistreated. If proven to be a manufacturing fault, SANCIA will happily repair free of charge or replace with the same or comparable item.
